Charming fine porcelain sugar bowl crafted by Richard Ginori of Doccia, Italy. Set on a classic Georgian sugar bowl shape, the pattern has a delicate summer fruit and flower motif with a gilded edge. Ginori produced this pattern beginning in 1980 and the design was based off of a pattern from the late 18th century.
The sugar bowl was estate-owned and is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks found. I believe it came with a lid at one time, but it works very well as an open sugar bowl silhouette.
