Vintage Hand-Painted Blenko Blown Glass 384 Water Bottle /hg

Beautfiul hand-painting on this water bottle/jug made by the Blenko Glass Company of Milton, West Virginia.  The painting technique gives it a stained glass effect, and looks stunning when backlit or on a windowsill.  Blenko has been making the 384 Water Bottle since 1938 and it has been produced by hand almost non-stop since. It can be used as a water pitcher, vase, or as unique shelf decor.  

The bottle was estate-owned and is in good condition.  It has a couple of small scratches or striations in the clear glass near the top part of the bottle.  It’s possible that they are small cracks, but you can’t feel them on the inside of the piece. Look closely at the pictures for reference.

It measures 7 7/8”H x 6 1/4”W x 3”D.
