Classic vintage craftsmanship on this curved-face watch made by The Gruen Watch Company between 1950-1951. The face of the watch is 10K yellow gold-filled. The band was replaced at some point to its current Spiedel gold-toned band. I could see it looking really cool with a new leather band.

The watch was estate-owned and is in good vintage condition. When I removed the back, I could see the movement operating, but as with all vintage timepieces, we highly recommend servicing to insure proper functionality. Also, the crystal has a couple of subtle scratches on it.
