Vintage Fenton for LG Wright “Strawberry and Currants” Opalescent Vaseline Glass Water Goblets Set/2 /hg

Cool set of vintage opalescent Vaseline glass goblets made by Fenton for LG Wright, likely between the 1930s-1940s. As the name suggests, the glasses features a currants and strawberries design. They were made from Vaseline glass which has a small amount of uranium in it, causing it to glow green under an ultraviolet light. Pretty nifty!

The glasses were estate-owned and are in excellent vintage condition. There’s some minor roughness along the base edges, and some production flaws that look like cracks, but are more like an impression from the mold. No chips or actual cracks found. 

They measure 6 7/8” in height and 3.5” in diameter.
