Delightful vintage wood parachuting Santa Claus ornament made by Steinback Volkskunst of Marienberg Germany in 1977.  The ornament still has a small label on its base, which tells us who made it as well as when it was made.  Absolutely darling vintage 1970s Christmas nostalgia!

The ornament was estate-owned and is in excellent vintage condition.  The parachute has a couple of loose threads, but no other issues were found.  

It measures about 12” in height when held from the ornament loop.
