The work of Gretchen Kramp is whimsical and quirky. She is a Michigan artist selling her tiles at her gallery and art fairs.
She has designed two wonderful installations for the Detroit Zoo, The National Amphibian Conservation Center and The Arctic Ring of Life.
This amazing tile depicts a Venus fly trap about to have lunch.
Measures 4”x 4”. The glazes are an earthen green with pumpkin orange accent.
I have not been able to find this particular tile else where.
Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. Displays beautifully.
